The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Trump administration’s appeal seeking to reinstate President Donald Trump’s ban on travelers from seven predominantly Muslim nations in a unanimous decision Thursday.
The three-judge panel rejected the Justice Department claim that the court lacked the authority to review the president’s executive order.
