DURHAM, N.C. (AP) — Rebecca Greenwell scored 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead No. 14 Duke over No. 20 Syracuse 72-55 on Friday night.

Oderah Chidom added 16 points, Kendall Cooper 12 and Lexie Brown nine points, 11 rebounds and eight assists for the Blue Devils (21-4, 9-3 ACC), who won their fourth straight and sixth in their last seven.

While Syracuse took 37 of its 67 shots from beyond the arc, making 10 3-pointers, Duke was outscoring the Orange 44-8 in the paint.

Duke took command early, scoring 12 straight points, six by Cooper, after Syracuse’s Abby Grant opened the game with a 3-pointer. Duke led by 13 after the first quarter and remained ahead by double figures.
